Do You Ship Internationally?

No, currently we only ship to EU member countries. 

How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?

Please allow 1 business day for processing your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes 2-4 days for the delivery to all EU countries. 

How do I track my package?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

Can I choose another carrier?

When you place your order at, you may choose standard Free EU shipping or express shipping options with DHL, FedEx or UPS.

If there's an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team. Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.

Since all orders are shipped from inside the EU, customers will not pay any customs or import taxes.

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email within 6 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.
